1. As B2B Officer at the Ho Chi Minh City Office you will be part of the team that promotes business ties between Danish and Vietnamese companies. The B2B Programme supports Danish and Vietnamese companies who want to enter into a long-term and commercially viable business partnership in Vietnam. The programme supports matchmaking, preparatory activities and studies as well as implementation of training and environmental improvements. Your role will involve all phases from contacting new companies, assisting in appraisals, to settling reimbursement claims. 2. In the role as Administrative Officer you will also be responsible for a set of administrative activities including accounting, reconciliation and budget control, salaries, maintenance, stationery, equipment, and when required back up for the visa section. 3. As part of the B2B team the B2B cum Administrative Officer will report to the B2B Coordinator in Hanoi and the Head of Office in HCMC.Years of experience: 5 year(s) Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Minimum education level: Bachelors 1. Qualifications - The candidate should minimum hold a Bachelor degree in economics or other relevant degree and have minimum five years working experience in a similar position. - Preferably the candidate should have worked in the field of programme/project management for international development organizations supporting to the private business sector. - The candidate should have good knowledge of Vietnam
