Description: The incumbent is responsible to; + Train, lead and manage field QA team. Continuously develop QA team's skill and knowledge in products & process controls, root cause analysis and effective problem solving. + Ensure all quality control processes and standards, inspection policies and procedures are in place at production facilities and with QA team. + Analyze and put in place process controls to identify & pre-empt potential production issues and work with QA/vendor/merchant to resolve. + Continuously drive improvement actions with vendors to ensure that products they manufacture meet Company's standard on quality excellence and on time delivery. + Build effective communication channels between QA team, vendors and merchants. + Strategize and implement effective Vendor ManagementYears of experience: 15 year(s) Minimum career level: Manager Minimum education level: Bachelors 1.
